The ICOVP&WMVC organization is offering several types of registration fees.

It is possible to attend the conference remotely or in person. Large variety of registration fees as listed in the table below is covering all possibilities.

The due date for early registration is 30/6/2025. Last day for registration fee payment is 15/08/2025.

This registration fee covers coffee breaks, lunches, welcome drink, conference banquet, conference material and access to presentation rooms.

To register for the conference, kindly fill out the form and follow the instructions.
Each participant is entitled to a maximum of two presentations.
The reduced fee for Mini-symposium organizers will only be attributed if the Mini-symposium has at least three participants (excluding the organizers).
The student fee can only be claimed upon certificate. The certificate does not have a standard form, any document proving student status is sufficient, e.g. a document downloaded from the student area confirming enrollment in this academic year or a copy of the student ID. It does not need to be stamped or certified.
Prospective participants are encouraged to ask the organization any questions regarding the type of registration fee.

For further questions regarding payments, invoices and receipts, please contact the official event organizer, Abreu Events Portugal, who will be in charge of the process.
Cancelation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation without replacement (*), the registration fee minus 40,00 € for handling charges will be refunded within three months from the notification, provided that the cancellation is received by Abreu Events before 15 May 2025.
After 15 May 2025, any cancellation is non-refundable.
(*) As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person prior to 15 June 2025 without incurring a penalty.​
